The working principle of hinges

The core components of a hinge typically include two or more metal sheets that cooperate with each other, as well as a shaft that connects these metal sheets. When two connecting components (such as cabinet doors and cabinets) need to rotate relative to each other, the metal sheet of the hinge rotates around the axis to achieve the opening and closing of the connecting components. Taking the common furniture hinge as an example, when opening the cabinet door, one metal piece of the hinge is fixed to the cabinet, and the other metal piece is connected to the cabinet door. The rotation of the axis between the two allows the cabinet door to open smoothly; When closing the cabinet door, the opposite rotation process is used to return the cabinet door to its original position.
