Composition of ball slide rail structure

Ball bearing slides are usually composed of outer rails, middle rails, inner rails, and ball components:
Outer rail: fixed to the substrate, providing stable support through threaded connections, and some models are equipped with rubber or metal stoppers to achieve buffering or rigid limit.
Middle rail: connects the outer rail and inner rail, extends the telescopic length (such as three slide rails that can extend up to 1500mm), and some models have integrated escape holes that can be installed without disassembly.
Internal rail: connects moving parts such as drawers and robotic arms, and achieves quick positioning through light holes or threaded holes. Some models support locking function for loads greater than 100KG.
Ball bearing component: composed of steel balls and ball frames, inserted into the track groove, transmitting force through rolling to ensure smooth movement.
